You will work with dumbbells, medicine balls, stability balls, resistance bands, kettle bells, BOSU balance trainers, and your own body weight to get you moving and sweating! I incorporate my martial arts training into my fun, upbeat, and creative workouts.

I love, love, love working out in the elements- the great outdoors. Nature is a natural playground for the best workouts. Whether it is a run up a sand dune, jumping over logs or push ups against a tree, these workouts will truly be one of a kind!

Group Training

Whether you already have a few people in mind to workout with or you would like to join an existing group, there are many benefits to group training. It is less expensive than one on one training and is a great way to establish a support system to help you along your fitness journey. So.....grab your friends and come on in for a high intensity sweat party!
